It’s actually a well known and accomplished poem which is currently featured on the NYC MTA’s “Poetry in Motion” Program (when they put famous poems up in the subway). The title is “If there is Something to Desire,” and it was penned by Vera Problovovich (or something like that).

quite sagacious in intent but I do not buy the allegation that:

If there’s something to desire,/There will be something to regret.

not all desires lead to regret!!

Desire is that which teaches to love a life.
Regression is that which teaches to mend and remodel dreams.

Yea I think it depends on their hairtype and what they have in their hair… I have this girl in one of my classes who is jamaican and she was actually talking about this, its just too much on her hair because her hair gets damaged very easily and sometimes she has fake hair so I guess its too much to redo it or it would get ruined too quickly if she kept washing it everyday? I don’t know but her hair always looks amazing somehow never dirty

Me personally though I have to wash mine every other day normally… sometimes everyday

I wash my hair 2 times a week.
and they dont get any dirty or oily.
my hairstyle always looks nice and styled even though I wash them only twice a week..it all depends on the person.

I know. I wash my hair almost every day. Sometimes I’ll skip a day, but I never go more than a day without washing my hair. I’ve heard of people only washing their hair once a month or every two weeks. I just think it needs to be cleaned more often or it will smell. I know I wouldn’t go that long without washing any part of my body. It just seems so nasty. 2D

i have to wash mines evry 2 or 3 days, maximum, any longer n it starts to stink. my hair is really long n i have it dyed. but my scalp gets very oily real fast, which annoys me. washing it dat often makes my hair color fade to quik. ..
but honestly i cant c how anyone can go longer than 10 days. or even a month for dat matter *eww*
